01 Acceptance of Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") constitute a legally binding contract between you ("Member" or "User") and top138 ("Company", "us", or "Platform"). This Agreement governs all access to and use of the website, mobile app, games, financial services, and all other features provided by top138.

By clicking the "Register" button, accessing your account, or using any top138 service, you hereby confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be fully bound by this Agreement. This consent is final and takes effect from the moment of your registration or first use.

02 Membership Eligibility

• Legal Capacity: You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement and must not be subject to any court order restricting your ability to do so.

• One Account Per Individual: Each individual is permitted to hold only one registered account at top138. Duplicate registrations are a serious violation that may result in confiscation of all balances and account closure.

03 Registration & Account Verification

All information you provide during registration must be truthful, accurate, and up to date. top138 follows a strict Know Your Customer (KYC) process to ensure the safety of the player community and meet compliance requirements.

The account verification process involves submitting documents such as your national ID (MyKad), proof of current residential address, and in some cases, additional documents to verify your payment method. This process is typically completed within 24 working hours.

• The full name on your account must match the name of the bank account holder used for transactions.
• Your mobile number must be active and able to receive SMS or WhatsApp verification codes.
• A valid email address is required for official communications and account recovery.
• Account passwords must contain at least 8 characters, including uppercase letters, lowercase letters, and numbers.

Top138 reserves the right to request additional document verification at any time for security and compliance purposes without providing specific reasons. Failure to submit the requested documents within the stipulated timeframe may result in temporary account suspension until verification is complete.

04 Deposits & Withdrawal of Funds

Top138 supports a wide range of popular payment methods in Malaysia, including FPX, DuitNow, Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, bank transfers, and cryptocurrency USDT TRC20 and ERC20. All financial transactions are processed through secure payment channels with 256-bit SSL encryption.

Deposit Limits & Processing Times:

• Minimum deposit: RM 30 per transaction.
• Maximum deposit limits depend on the payment method and the member's VIP tier.
• Deposits via DuitNow and eWallet are credited instantly (0–3 minutes).
• Deposits via bank transfer are typically processed within 5–15 minutes depending on the bank processor.

Withdrawal Limits & Processing Times:

• Minimum withdrawal: RM 50 per transaction.
• Standard withdrawals are processed within 5 to 15 minutes for the primary method.
• Withdrawals will only be processed to a bank account or eWallet registered under the same name as the top138 account.
• Top138 reserves the right to request additional verification for withdrawals exceeding a certain amount before funds are approved.

Top138 does not charge any processing fees for standard deposits or withdrawals. However, your bank or eWallet provider may impose their own charges that are beyond our control.

05 Bonuses, Promotions & Wagering Requirements

Top138 offers a variety of bonuses and promotions from time to time, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback, and tournament prizes. Each bonus is subject to specific terms and conditions stated on the relevant promotions page.

General Bonus Terms:

• The welcome bonus may only be claimed once per new member. Attempts to claim a new bonus through additional accounts are considered fraudulent.
• The wagering (rollover) requirements stated on each promotion must be fully met before any withdrawal from the bonus balance is processed.
• Top138 reserves the right to cancel related bonuses and wins if there is evidence of promotional abuse, including but not limited to the use of automation software or betting syndicates.

07 Prohibited Conduct

Top138 members are strictly prohibited from engaging in the following activities on our platform. Violation of any of these prohibitions may result in immediate account closure, forfeiture of balance, and in serious cases, legal action:

• Money Laundering: Using the top138 platform for money laundering or financing illegal activities is a serious criminal offence.
• Identity Fraud: Registering using another person's identity or submitting false documents during the KYC process.
• Duplicate Accounts: Creating more than one account for yourself or the same individual, whether using different information or different devices.
• System Manipulation: Any attempt to hack, attack, or disrupt the normal operation of top138 servers and infrastructure.
• Promotion Abuse: Claiming bonuses through dishonest methods, including colluding with other members to manipulate promotion terms.
• Abusive Language: Using abusive, threatening, or harassing language toward support staff or other members on any top138 community platform.

08 Account Security & Member Responsibilities

The security of your top138 account is a shared responsibility between the platform and its members. While top138 implements 256-bit SSL encryption and the highest level of technical protection, you as a member are equally responsible for safeguarding your login credentials.

• Do not share your password or account login details with anyone, including individuals claiming to be top138 staff. Our staff will never ask for your password.

• Log out of your account whenever you finish using a shared or public device.
• Notify top138 support immediately if you suspect your account has been accessed without authorisation.

Top138 will not be held liable for any losses arising from a member's negligence in protecting their own login credentials. However, we are committed to assisting with investigations and restoring affected accounts as quickly as possible.

09 top138 Liability Limits

Top138 strives to ensure the platform operates without interruption at all times. However, there are situations where liability limits must be transparently communicated to all members:

• Top138 is not liable for any losses arising from service disruptions caused by scheduled system maintenance, unexpected technical failures, or third-party interruptions including payment providers.
• Top138 does not accept liability for any indirect losses, anticipated loss of profits, or consequential losses arising from the use of or inability to use the platform.
• Top138's maximum total liability to any member under any circumstances shall not exceed the net deposit amount made by that member in the 12 months preceding the relevant claim.
• Top138 is not responsible for errors made by players due to misunderstanding of game rules, bonus terms, or platform conditions.

10 Account Closure & Suspension

Members may close their top138 account at any time by contacting customer support. Before the closure is processed, all wagering requirements tied to active bonuses must be fulfilled, and any eligible balance will be processed for withdrawal.

Top138 reserves the right to suspend or close a member's account in the following situations:

• Suspected or confirmed fraud, game manipulation, or promotion abuse.
• Failure to complete the KYC process within the specified period after being requested to do so.
• Breaching any condition in this Agreement or related policies.
• A member's self-exclusion request as part of the responsible gaming programme.

We will endeavour to notify members of significant amendments via in-platform notices or email. However, it is your responsibility to review this Terms and Conditions page periodically to ensure you are always aware of the latest version in effect.

Continued use of the top138 platform after any amendments are published constitutes full acceptance of the revised terms. If you do not agree with the changes, you are required to stop using the platform and close your account.
