We are more than just another casino website. top138 is a Malaysian gaming community built on trust, transparency, and a genuinely enjoyable gaming experience – from the day we first opened our doors to this very day.
Top138 was built not from an idea on paper, but from real experience. Our founding team consists of individuals who were once online casino players themselves – and we know exactly what was frustrating, what was exciting, and what a truly great platform should have. That is what drove us to build top138 from the ground up in 2018.
From its early days, top138 focused on one thing only: delivering an honest, safe, and enjoyable gaming experience to Malaysian players. We did not want to be just another faceless casino website. We wanted to be a platform that Malaysian players could truly rely on – a place where winnings are paid on time, game rules are transparent, and customer support is not just a complaint form left ignored.
Six years on, we are proud to say that vision is no longer just a dream. top138 is now one of the most trusted online entertainment platforms in Malaysia, with over 500,000 registered members who rely on us for their daily gaming experience.
Top138's mission is simple yet meaningful: providing the safest, fairest, and most enjoyable online entertainment platform for Malaysian players. We believe every player deserves to enjoy a gaming experience free from doubt, unnecessary technical hassle, and concerns about the safety of their funds.
In pursuit of this mission, we continuously invest in the latest security technology, partner exclusively with internationally licensed game providers, and ensure every process – from registration to withdrawal – runs smoothly and swiftly. We also practise full transparency: our terms and conditions are written in plain language, not buried in fine print.
We never stop growing. top138's vision is to become the number one online entertainment destination in Southeast Asia by 2030 – not through advertising alone, but through a solid track record and the organic trust of our own player community.
To achieve that vision, top138 continuously introduces new features relevant to Malaysian players' needs – from integrating local payment methods like DuitNow and Touch 'n Go, to a more intuitive and faster mobile app interface. Every update we implement is a direct result of feedback from our own community.
